Yes. Every import is checked by Customs and the Ministry of Agriculture at the Port of Dakar. We keep phytosanitary certificates and analysis reports available to our wholesale customers.

Can you provide a certificate of origin and quality for each batch?

Yes. On request when ordering, we send the certificate of origin, the exporting country's phytosanitary certificate and the batch traceability sheet (arrival date, size, variety).

How do you guarantee the cold chain up to delivery?

Fruits and vegetables travel in refrigerated containers and are then stored in a cold room in Mbour. Deliveries to Dakar, Touba and inland leave early in the morning in insulated trucks to preserve freshness.

Are your suppliers GlobalG.A.P. certified or equivalent?

Our partners in France, Italy, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa and Chile are selected from GlobalG.A.P. certified farms or equivalent, with HACCP procedures for post-harvest handling.

Can we visit your warehouse to check storage conditions?

Yes. We deliver our fruits and vegetables by road to all 14 regions of Senegal: Dakar, Diourbel, Fatick, Kaffrine, Kaolack, Kédougou, Kolda, Louga, Matam, Saint-Louis, Sédhiou, Tambacounda, Thiès, Ziguinchor.

What are the delivery lead times?

The lead time is confirmed in the quotation, depending on fruit and vegetable availability, the volume ordered and your destination. For deliveries in the sub-region, border formalities are also taken into account. No lead time is guaranteed before the order is confirmed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, Wave or Orange Money. Our team specifies the payment terms and any deposit in your quotation, before the order is confirmed.

How is the cold chain guaranteed?

Fruits and vegetables are shipped in refrigerated containers, then stored in our refrigerated facility in Mbour. Deliveries leave Mbour by road, in trucks suited to maintaining the cold chain. Transport conditions are agreed with our team to keep the produce fresh all the way to your destination.

Can I visit your warehouse in Mbour?

Do you provide an invoice and a delivery note?
